Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on all Australian orders. Every order is tracked and you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking link.

If the serum is not right for you, email creativedesignstudio4565@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, opened or unopened. Email us first and we reply within one business day, then refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

We collect only what we need to take your order and get it to you: your name, delivery address, email address and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by our payment provider, so card details never reach our servers.

If you join the ritual list we store your email address so we can send scalp-care guidance and restock reminders. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list immediately.

We never sell or rent your personal information. You can ask us to show, correct or delete everything we hold about you by replying to any order email.

By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied. All prices are in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes.

Our serum is a cosmetic product for topical scalp use. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Patch-test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs.

Bundles and free gifts are offered while stock lasts. If we need to change or cancel an order we will contact you first and refund anything already paid in full.
